Overall, we had a great weekend by the beach. The room was clean and equipped with all the basics we needed, including a fridge and microwave, which came in handy for snacks and drinks. However, the Wi-Fi was really slow, and we were disappointed that room service didn't come during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. The location is pet-friendly, and the on-site restaurant had some terrific meals, especially the seafood. It was a nice getaway despite a few hiccups.

We had a spur-of-the-moment trip to Surfside and stayed at Ocean Village. The ocean view from our balcony was lovely, and the grounds were well-kept. I absolutely loved my stay at Ocean Village! The location right on the beach made it so easy to enjoy the sun and sea, and the private balcony in my room was a delightful bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, especially for beach lovers!
